We both appreciated our two weeks stay at City Towers as it allowed mum to be close enough to our room so that she didn't have to walk a long way to the unit. We also enjoyed being able to cook in the unit as previously we have stayed at the Domain Lodge and because mum finds walking up and down to the dining room a trial, it was lovely for her to have her meals in the unit. The Motel is a short drive to the hospital and as we had to drive from the Domain the slight extra distance made no difference to us. The rooms were not serviced daily, this, however, was an advantage for us as mum sometimes had treatment in the morning or afternoon so she would sleep at irregular times. If we required any extra linen or toiletries we only had to ask and they were provided promptly. Thanks very much for a very accommodating stay at your motel and we would gladly recommend others stay there if they needed to be close to the hospital. Donna Hone, South Island, May 2010
During the month of March we stayed at City Towers on several occasions. We found the facilities to be clean, well appointed and secure. The hosts and staff were helpful, courteous, supportive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending this motel to anyone who may need accommodation when stayin g in Auckland and will definitely stay here when in Auckland in the future. We would like to thank you for your hospitality extended to us when we recently required accommodation at your establishment. We found your staff very helpful and friendly willing to help with directions to reach any destination we required in and around Auckland , as well as where the nearest food premises were. As we are unfamiliar with the streets of Auckland we found this of great benefit in keeping appointments. I stayed while my son spent the night in Auckland Hospital. The service was polite, friendly, efficient and no fuss. When I arrived everything was ready for me just to walk straight into my room, and everything I may have needed was at my fingertips. The room was also "clean" and comfortable and spacious. Great service.
Thank you for everything and the lovely stay at this beautiful motel. Thank you for the wonderful stay. My wife and I and our 7 year old son stayed at City Towers in December 2009. The staff at City Towers , Vicki in particular, were really friendly and co-operative and our room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was also very good. As an added bonus, Sky TV meant I was able to watch plenty of premiership football (soccer) early in the mornings. We would be more than happy to recommend City Towers to others.
